GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VEHICLE HIRE WITH DRIVER
Rome Cruise Shuttle is an online booking service for the transportation of persons with a driver, provided by Rossi Autoservizi Società Cooperativa, with registered office at Via Garibaldi 18/A int. 3, 00055 Ladispoli (RM), VAT number 17044251001.
By using the website www.romecruiseshuttle.com and booking transportation services, the user accepts the terms and conditions listed below. It is recommended to read these terms carefully before making a reservation.
3.1 The subject of the Contract is the performance of the Service by Rossi Autoservizi Società Cooperativa in favor of the Client in exchange for the payment of the Fee.
5.1 The Client’s request and the conclusion of the Contract occur according to the following methods:
The Client will make the Service request using www.romecruiseshuttle.com, indicating the route, number of passengers, specific needs (e.g. reduced mobility), luggage, and invoicing data (as applicable) (the “Request”).
Rossi Autoservizi Società Cooperativa will generate an instant quote (the “Quote”) including chosen vehicle, route, Fee and payment terms.
The Quote does not constitute a contractual offer pursuant to Articles 1326 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code and is merely informative.
If the Client intends to confirm the Quote, they must tick the appropriate fields on the website to expressly accept the contract and proceed with payment via the booking form.
Rossi Autoservizi will send a service confirmation email within 24 hours (contract concluded) or an email of non-acceptance (contract terminated), with no claims by either party.
The Quote indicates the amounts due by the Client as the Fee, as well as payment methods and terms.
Unless otherwise indicated in the Quote, the Fee includes:
The Client will pay the Fee as follows:
6.1 Without prejudice to Articles 12 and 13 and the maintenance commitment, if within the transport or in the 48 hours preceding the Journey an unforeseeable event occurs (including force majeure) not attributable to Rossi Autoservizi, making it impossible to provide the Service, Rossi Autoservizi will act promptly and in good faith to offer alternative solutions within the agreed Fee.
Pursuant to Article 1463 of the Italian Civil Code, if performance becomes impossible due to a supervening event, Rossi Autoservizi will be released from the obligation to perform the Service, and will refund any Fee already paid.
7.1 The Client may withdraw up to 24 hours prior to the service start date by sending written communication. It is understood that:

8.2 In case of violation, Rossi Autoservizi may refuse or suspend the Service (also with police intervention if necessary), with no right to a refund. The Client is responsible for damages to Rossi Autoservizi, third parties and/or passengers, and will bear costs for extraordinary cleaning and restoration due to violations.
9.1 Children aged 0–3 years may travel in approved child seats. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to bring the child seat and ensure safety under current legislation, or to expressly request the child seat provision service.
